1. it’s electric
Your crew will always be able to spot you mid-mountain or at the lift when you’re decked out in bold 90s-inspired brights and graphics. To keep the look from verging into clownish territory, first choose a statement piece or color. Our first choice? Cordova’s 70s-inspired ski suits make anyone look like a pro. We love the Modena suit that’s built with four-way stretch and fleece lined for extra warmth. This is how we imagine European aristocrats and fashion models look while skiing. We may never join their rarefied air but why not have some fun and fake it? For starters, check out Balmain and Rossignol’s ski suit ($4,350) featuring the House’s signature monogram print and medallion belt for a sharp and distinctive look. Another ensemble to consider? Some animal print and shine, of course. Goldbergh’s metallic silver puffer ($834), and ocelot half-zip layer ($184), and gold ski helmet ($432) bring some unabashed glam to the slopes.
