1. The Nutcracker Bar & Hotel at Selina Chicago
Well, would you expect any less from The Nutcracker Bar & Hotel? This popup at Selina Chicago will be known as The Nutcracker Bar & Hotel until the New Year. It is everything you could want in a festive experience from décor, holiday music, craft Christmas cocktails, giant Nutcrackers (well they may haunt your dreams so good luck!) and no boring ballet to watch (just kidding, we love The Nutcracker Ballet!). The pop up is the perfect location for a last-minute girl’s getaway, a reunion with old friends, or unique holiday celebration with colleagues. After a night of seasonal drinks and dancing, guests can rest their heads in one of the properties cozy hotel rooms.
If you are looking for stuff nearby head to the Christkindlmarket. The beloved tradition brings German-themed markets to Daley Plaza in the Loop and Wrigleyville, with spiced glühwein, gift stores, food vendors and lots of holiday cheer. Yum and fun!
