We begin our gift guide for those who love snow with the highest, most expensive luxury level of all: fine jewelry. It’s wonderful to know that even the wealthiest among us seem to love snowflakes and all things winter – at least, if the fine jewelry collections are any indication of what the rich love.

Boucheron’s Hiver Imperial collection celebrates “the strength of women in wintry climes” with stunning diamond jewelry fashioned to resemble snowflakes. The Lumière de Nuit “chapter” captures this idea with a large snowflake and a collection of animaux des neiges (snow animals). The Sulwhasoo Snow Flower Heritage Set ($150) features two exclusive products that have, until now, only been sold in the renowned Sulwhasoo flagship store in Seoul, South Korea.

Whether its for a bedroom at home or the living room of a ski house, a framed print from the New Yorker magazine’s archive of witty cartoons could be a fun gift for someone who loves snow.

We also love the whimsical snow globes out there right now. West Elm is offering a brass deer snow globe ($29) and a Nutcracker snow globe ($20), both of which would fit well in the home of someone who loves snow. Simon Beck is the world s first and most famous snow artist. His book Snow Art is the perfect coffee-table addition for anyone on Team Snow.
